The categories below describe what this website collects, why it is used and how retention is determined. We collect information from you, your browser and the link you use to visit the site. No medical history, diagnoses, Social Security number, payment information or precise device location is requested.

Sale and sharing: This site's current collection and contact-delivery features do not sell these categories or share them for cross-site behavioral advertising. Contact delivery is restricted to service providers acting for Quote Variety. This describes these website features; it does not authorize a recipient to sell the information or contact you independently.
Recipients: Cloudflare provides hosting, storage and approximate IP location; IPWhois may receive your IP address and basic browser request information to supply a ZIP example when hosting location data is unavailable, without your contact details, form answers, cookies or page referrer; ActiveProspect processes the consent-session recording and, when JavaScript is disabled, basic request information from the fallback image; Zippopotam.us receives the ZIP code and country for postal lookup without your browser IP or contact details. Contact-system providers may process submitted requests for Quote Variety. Google Fonts receives technical font requests. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect legal rights.
Recording choice: TrustedForm starts after you agree to the recording notice by selecting Continue on the location step, and stops when you close the form or successfully submit it. Contact and location fields are marked for masking; hashed email and phone values may support certificate matching. Recording permission is separate from marketing consent. See recording details.
Retention: A single fixed period does not apply to all records. The criteria above account for the purpose of each category, legal obligations and unresolved requests or disputes. A deletion request is reviewed against applicable exceptions; a minimal suppression record may remain to honor your contact choice. Provider-held recordings may expire under the TrustedForm retention rules; saving a certificate link does not retain the replay indefinitely.

Your California privacy rights
Where the California Consumer Privacy Act applies, you may request to know and access personal information, correct inaccuracies, delete information subject to legal exceptions, and opt out of sale or sharing. You also have applicable rights to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information and to receive equal treatment when exercising your rights.
This website does not request sensitive information for advertising or profiling. A contact request is not an insurance application. If sensitive information is needed later for enrollment, that process requires separate notices and permissions.
Use the privacy request form for records connected to a phone number submitted here. An access request covers all information we hold about that submission, including records older than 12 months if retained and subject to applicable law. Access, correction and deletion may require information reasonably needed to verify that the record belongs to you. We do not require verification for a sale/share opt-out.
An authorized agent may submit a request using the same form. We may request proof of authority and, where permitted, confirmation from the person whose information is involved. Do not send identity documents or sensitive information through the form.
When CCPA response deadlines apply, we acknowledge access, correction and deletion requests within 10 business days and respond within 45 calendar days. If an allowed extension is needed, we provide notice and the reason. A recorded request is not confirmation that access, correction or deletion has been completed.
Do not sell or share my personal information
You can save a browser choice without providing a phone number. Global Privacy Control is recognized automatically. The saved preference is also attached to contact requests submitted from this browser. To apply a choice to a past submission, select “Do not sell or share my information” in the request form and enter the phone number used.
A sale/share opt-out is separate from withdrawing permission for a requested callback. Select “Stop marketing calls and texts” in the form to withdraw that permission.
